Brief:
‘Grated’ are a vegan cheese brand that don’t compromise on quality or flavour. They have a range of options for everybody and have various cheese styles.
They want to make it super easy for people to go ‘dairy free’ whether that’s down to a lifestyle choice, health benefits or strong beliefs. Grated are on a mission to become the tastiest and highest quality cheese alternative in the world!

I spotted a gap in the market for drawing out particular emphasis on the ingredients for vegan cheese. In my experience, the most common answer when asked about vegan cheese was vegan cheese was...bland! This is why I decided to explore various ingredients which make these cheese alternatives vegan.
